طرز تهیه کیک پرتقالی :
قدم اول: 3عدد تخم مرغ را در ظرف مورد نظر شکسته و 2 الی 3 دقیقه با دور تند همزن بزنید تا پف کند و رنگ آن روشن شود.
قدم دوم: 150 گرم شیر یا آب را با 100گرم روغن به تخم‌مرغ ها اضافه کنید و به مدت 1 دقیقه با دور متوسط همزن بزنید.
قدم سوم: پودر کیک را کم‌کم به مخلوط اضافه کنید و با دور کند به مدت 1 دقیقه مخلوط نمایید.
قدم چهارم: کف قالب را چرب کنید یا به جای آن از کاغذ روغنی قرار دهید. مایه را داخل قالب بریزید و در فر قرار دهید.
قدم پنجم: بعد از 45 دقیقه زمانی که سطح کیک پف کرد، با استفاده از چنگال از پخت شدن کیک مطمئن شوید و در آخر با استفاده از بسته تزئینی داخل پودر کیک فرمند و پرتقال تازه می‌تونید کیک‌تان را تزئین کنید.
